The Femininity Club – Membership Terms & Conditions

Our core ethos for The Femme Guide is to teach feminine and masculine energy in a way which empowers you and those around you. We practice what we preach, and part of that involves clearly setting out how we will deliver our services to you from the outset. If you are planning to join The Femininity Club (“the Membership”) then you must read these terms and conditions in full before purchasing.
Membership Terms: Key Details
The terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to purchase the Membership you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the services offered by Femme Guide Ltd. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Femme Guide Ltd (“we”, “our” or “us”) provide services to you, as the purchaser of the membership. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.
Membership Outline
The Femininity Club is a membership platform for women who want to learn personal development e.g. authentically become more charming, confident and feminine. The membership is an ongoing commitment where you can get regular support and guidance.
The aim is to provide support and guidance on the strategies women need to help them grow and embody authentically divine feminine and masculine energy, confidence, charm, ambition, magnetic appeal, inspiration, and focus.
The information is not tailored to any specific field or type of woman but includes information that has been tested and used across a range of clients and students. It is also focused and designed for those embarking on their level-up journey. Whilst it may be useful for those who have been invested in personal development for a number of years but who have never explored feminine energy or charisma, the membership is best suited to those who are new to levelling up or new to femininity.

Membership Specifics
There are four elements to the membership:
- Monthly Pre-loaded Masterclasses
- Monthly Live Q&A Sessions
- Monthly Downloadable Documents
- A Private Community Group
Monthly Pre-loaded Masterclasses
The masterclasses will be led by Cat Shanu. From time to time, she may also be joined by expert coaches, consultants and thought leaders who are specialists in different areas of self-development.
The monthly masterclasses will be pre-loaded, either directly in the product portal or may at times, take place live via Zoom or in the community portal (or another similar video conferencing platform) for approximately 1 hour.
The information and guidance shared will be based on Cat Shanu’s 3 years of coaching and 10 years of self-development.
Live Question & Answer Sessions
Each month you will get the chance to ask questions about your self-development journey, however, Coach Cat cannot guarantee that you will get a tailored or bespoke response or support.
Diamond members will get priority access to have their questions answered during Q&A sessions. All of the Q&As will be delivered Via Zoom, a co-working session or the Community portal for at least 30 minutes. This may allow you to ask questions, discuss your circumstances, and get support.
Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, the video calls will take place at the same time and day each week, and we will notify you of the times in your membership portal.
During each weekly live session, Cat will answer questions previously submitted via the comments in the Portal. She may, at times, answer questions submitted live via video conferencing.
Cat may also invite you to the stage for hot-seat coaching. All participants in hot seat coaching understand that their video and audio will be recorded and shared in the portal. Clips from Hot Seat coaching may also be used publicly for marketing and other promotional purposes.
Self-Study
In addition to the monthly masterclasses and live Q&As, there will be materials for self-study. New materials such as checklists, trainings, calendars and guides will be added monthly. You should work through the workbooks and audio or video material in your own time for best results. Failure to complete the self-study materials may limit your ability to learn from the tips and guidance shared in the masterclasses.
Private Community Group
You will have access to a private community to support you during the Membership. The Community group intends to provide group support and a network of individuals at a similar stage of their self-development journey and facing similar challenges.
From time to Cat Shanu may post and offer support in the Community Group but there is no guarantee that posts will be responded to immediately or that any direct messages will be monitored.
Please be advised that whilst we hope that you will be able to utilise the Community group, we make no guarantees as to the availability of the group and/or the content within the group at any time.
Behaviour
It is requested that, at all times, your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other members. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the membership.
Disclaimers
The aim of the membership is to provide you with the tools and understanding to be more charming, confident and feminine. As an individual, your goals and results are personal to you, and whilst the strategies and techniques we will provide are tested, it is not intended that you will watch a video or read a workbook and instantly improve overnight.
We make no guarantees or claims as to the success of any member. Each individual is unique, and their self-development journey and processes are unique to them. The aim is that by working through the trainings and resources and taking advantage of all of the elements the membership offers, you will have new information, strategies and techniques to successfully level up.
All information provided will be general information and guidance, not bespoke advice. We are not responsible for any action or inaction you take due to the information within the membership. We are not responsible for any loss of opportunity or any investments which you make.
No content in this membership should be construed as medical advice, whether mental or physical. If you believe that you require medical attention, you should seek assistance from a medical professional immediately.
We ask that all members of the membership respect the rights of others in respect of their behaviour and privacy. We will not be responsible for any members' actions, including any disclosures made by any members based on information shared within the membership.
Contact and Schedule
It is the intention that the membership will run continuously and that any training material, live Q&As and masterclasses will be provided as set out above. Should an unforeseen reason arise which causes a session(s) to be postponed, they will be re-arranged as soon as possible.
Throughout the membership, we will be available by email Monday to Friday between 10am to 5pm via [email protected] and will respond as soon as possible and within 72 hours during the hours stated.
If you have a technical query about accessing the membership, please include “Tech” in the subject line of your email correspondence.
You may see us post on social media outside of our core hours. Not all of these posts are live, and many will be pre-scheduled. We are passionate about supporting everyone in the membership, and where we can, we may respond to you out of hours, but we make no guarantees that this will always be possible.
Payment Terms
The cost of the membership is set at the time you subscribe. On subscription, you will agree to monthly or yearly payments via PayPal, Stripe or Kajabi, which will be taken on the same day each month or year in accordance with the Auto-Renewal Terms outlined below. You understand you are responsible for the full payment each month or year and agree to pay the sum requested electronically.
If you have joined The Femininity Club during a promotional period and have been promised a trial period that is less than the public price set at the time of subscription, you understand that after such a trial period, you will be charged the regular retail cost, for a monthly or annual membership; whichever you select.
Should you fail to make timely payments, or if additional payments cannot be processed, you understand your access to The Femininity Club may be restricted if payment is not made within 1 day of the date it is due.
If payment is not made on the date it is due, we will continue to attempt to charge you via the membership site software; if and when the payment goes through, you will again receive full access to the membership site. If payment is not collected, your access will remain restricted, and you will carry a balance on your account showing the month(s) owed. You must bring your account completely current to be granted access.
If payment continues to be unsuccessful after fourteen (14) days, your membership shall be revoked and permanently cancelled. Should you wish to rejoin The Femininity Club, after this period, you must do so at the current price membership is being offered, which we reserve the right to increase at any time for future launches of The Femininity Club.
We reserve the right to cancel your access to The Femininity Club should you fail to make additional payments per the Auto-Renewal Terms outlined below. Should this occur, you understand you are not entitled to a refund of funds already issued to us for access to The Femininity Club.
AUTO-RENEWAL AGREEMENT
You understand and agree that continued access to The Femininity Club requires recurring monthly or recurring annual payments that you will make on the day of the month or year on which they signed up (For example, if you join The Femininity Club on the 5th of the month via monthly membership, you will continue to be charged on the 5th of every month thereafter).
If you elect to be charged monthly: by purchasing access to The Femininity Club and agreeing to these Terms of Use, you understand you will be automatically charged each month via the same card or manner in which the initial payment was made for the following month of membership to The Femininity Club. This process will repeat each month unless and until you properly cancel your membership.
If you elect to be charged annually: by purchasing access to The Femininity Club and agreeing to these Terms of Use, you understand you will be automatically charged each year via the same card or manner in which the initial payment was made, for the following year of membership to The Femininity Club. This process will repeat each year unless and until you properly cancel your membership
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and the protection of your personal data is important to us. Your personal data is protected as set out in our privacy policy which can be found at https://www.thefemmeguide.com/privacy-policy.
We utilise Kajabi to manage our communications with you and, from time to time, may utilise the Facebook Pixel analytics tool.
During the course of the membership, you may have access to confidential information, in particular, the personal affairs of others on the course. In accepting these terms, you agree that you will not use or disclose to any person, organisation or company, and shall use your best endeavours to prevent the publication of any confidential information relating to any other member.
You accept that any unauthorised disclosure of personal or confidential information belonging to another may amount to immediate dismissal from the membership. Should you decide to leave the Membership then you remain bound by the confidentiality and privacy obligations.
Refunds and Cancellation
It is our aim that you will be completely happy with the Membership and find educational content, networking opportunities and form friendships. However, we appreciate that there may come a time when you wish to leave the Membership.
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days from the initial subscription date. Refund requests should be made in writing to [email protected], and a full refund will be provided within 14 working days.
In the event that one or more training sessions have already taken place, or masterclasses accessed within the first 14 days following your subscription, you are still entitled to request a refund but the value of the session(s) or masterclasses shall be deducted from the amount paid by you, along with any reasonable costs which have been borne by us in respect of the administrative costs of commencing the membership.
There is no obligation on us to refund any amounts paid where cancellation requests are made following the 14-day cancellation period.
Should you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time more than 24 hours before the charge is scheduled to withdraw. Any requests for cancellation made less than 24 hours before the automatic renewal is scheduled to charge your card, or made subsequent to the charge, will take effect the following month.
HOW TO CANCEL: In order to cancel a membership, you must send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject line MEMBERSHIP CANCELATION, including the your name, email address, and confirmation of request to terminate your membership. You will be notified upon our receipt of the email, and your membership will subsequently be cancelled prior to the following billing period, assuming it is more than 24 hours away.
You understand that should you cancel your membership through any other means except emailing as outlined above, you will IMMEDIATELY loose access to the membership and all it's components.
As outlined above, if you cancel your membership less than 24 hours before the automatic renewal is scheduled to charge your card, you acknowledge and agree you will be charged for the next month (or year, if billed annually), and the cancellation will take effect following this. Should this occur, you will have access to The Femininity Club for the month (or year) in which you paid, with membership terminating at the end of the last paid month/year.
If you purchased access to The Femininity Club during a period in which a free month(s), or trial period was granted, you understand you will be automatically charged the full monthly amount following the end of the trial period. You will not be given any additional notice regarding the end of the trial period.
By checking the box on the purchase page confirming your agreement to these Terms, you also confirm you are given your unequivocal, clear, affirmative consent to your agreement with these automatic renewal terms and the cancellation policy and that you understand how to cancel before your card is charged for the following month.
We reserve all rights to cancel the programme for any reason without prior notice. In such circumstances, a refund will be provided for the remainder of that month as applicable.
Intellectual Property
You will be provided course materials during your time as a member. The intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials will always remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. We retain and reserve all of our copyrights.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What happens if I can’t make a live call?
As far as possible, the live masterclasses or Q&A calls will be recorded and reuploaded. Technology may fail from time to time, and the recording may be unavailable or of poor visual or sound quality, but we aim to record all live sessions.
- What if I need additional support?
Additional support can be offered to each member through 1:1 support or guidance. We are happy to support you as required; please contact us directly, and additional charges will apply.
- What if I am ill during the membership?
If you are ill or unable to attend a live session for any reason, you will be able to watch the recording of that session. If you are ill for an extended period, please let us know, and we will support you wherever we can.
- Is the membership suitable for all women and all stages of levelling up?
The membership is best suited to those who are new to femininity and levelling up, and those who have been investing in their level-up journey for up to a year and all those in between. You may still benefit if you have a high-level understanding of femininity but have never focused on social dynamics.
General
We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services we provide to you in the delivery of the membership. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
Should there be any conflict between these terms and any membership hosting platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the Membership.
