There are some key basics when it comes to femininity that set you up for failure or success.

We show you the femininity mistakes that let someone know you are just faking it.

We will then show you what femininity behaviours to adopt so when someone thinks of a feminine young girl they think of you (with a smile on their face).

 

 

 

How to Behave More Elegantly

I know that feeling of being around people of a different class/level and wishing you could just know the things they knew about how to behave. Unfortunately, unless you were born in these societies, many of us were not taught how to ooze grace and elegance.

In this programme I will lift the lid off what I learnt at the beginning of my level-up journey and how everyone calls me a ‘lady’, even though I wasn’t born that way.

You leave as a woman who behaves like a young lady and stands out above the rest!

Social Dynamics for Friendships

We’re going to teach you how to make levelled up friends. The friends you make now, if they are levelled-up, will be an asset to you for life.

The earlier you learn how to read different types of people, form bonds with them and be a levelled-up friend yourself, the more you will win in life.

In this class, Cat will teach you what she spent years learning about social dynamics, that had the biggest impact at your age.

 

 

 

Social Dynamics for Levelling up in School/Your First job

Imagine being the top in all you do. Top of your class, top at your internship and the best in your first job interview. What if we told you that a large part of this had to do with who you know?

The truth is, not everyone has a rich uncle that is going to give us connections, but in FIA you will learn how to network with that ‘rich uncle’ (high-value connections) who is going to help you get where you want in life.

This will allow you to kick social anxiety in the butt and show up as more confident in school, at your internship and with your friends.

We will teach you the social skills you need to ensure people not only feel good around but want to spend more time with you.

 

 

 

The Femme's Guide to Fashion

It’s totally possible for you to look young, elegant and stylish without lots of money to burn.

FIA teaches you how to do everything with a very little (or no) budget in mind. Looking feminine, preppy and stylish is not just reserved for the hot chicks in Disney Channel movies.

You can create the look that leaves positive and long-lasting impressions, by using the tips Cat teaches you about fashion.

She didn’t feel pretty, look or act confident or make positive impressions on anyone. So she knows how difficult it can be to be progressing in one area of your life and utterly lacking direction in the other. One day at 16, she decided ‘enough is enough’.

 

She made a promise to herself that she would no longer allow herself to miss out on opportunities just because of her low confidence, or geeky look.

 

She took power into her hands and delved deep into learning about confidence, charisma and femininity.

At The Femme Guide, we’ve made it our mission to redefine what femininity is for the modern-day woman.

 

Through providing support, clarity and transformative steps, we’ve helped hundreds of girls, just like you, level-up their lives.

 

Cat has taken what she learned at a young age that really set her up for success and has poured it into this group coaching programme.
